David will offer you the opportunity to ask him any questions you may have on the phone or by email (if you prefer).

When you are ready, he will arrange a convenient time to visit you at home. During this first visit, he will listen to your requirements (whether you have a clear vision of what you want or need some inspiration). He will survey your room/s and discuss your individual requirements.

Each customer is different and because we focus on one project at a time, we can tailor to your needs. David works in partnership with you so allowing you as much or as little involvement as you want in the design process.

David will listen to what’s important to you and then tailor the design of your bathroom to suit you. David will then prepare your bathroom design with different options (if required), the associated costs and a timeframe for the transformation. David will show you the design as a full colour floor plan and also a 3D image so that you can clearly visualise your new bathroom.

You will be able to consider the options and decide how you would like to proceed. When you have decided, an installation date will be agreed.

Excellence Bathrooms will handle everything for you including supplying all that’s needed to install your chosen design.

David will endeavour to keep disruption to a minimum and he will work around your wishes. For example, during the initial home visit David will listen to your preferences for start and finish times; some customers prefer early starts, others want work to commence when they are at work, or away for a holiday.

David is like the welcome house guest; he will take care of your home, not stay longer than necessary and leave everything as it should be; clearing up as he goes along.

Excellence Bathrooms provides something different; we know about the way some installers cut corners resulting in an inferior “dressed up” bathroom which starts off looking good (with problems waiting to emerge down the line), or those installers with good intentions, but who don’t have the expertise of a Gas Engineer to know which shower works best with your boiler.

We provide a solid foundation for your bathroom; the hidden work is also completed to the highest quality, to ensure you enjoy your bathroom for a long time to come.

David asks for a small deposit to secure the installation date and then the rest of the payment is due upon completion of your project. Payments can be made by cash, Bacs bank transfer, credit and debit card payments.
