How much will it cost for the design, supply and installation of my new bathroom?
The price of each bathroom design and installation is calculated individually. A typical new bathroom design and installation starts at around £6000 (but may start closer to £10,000) and usually takes up to ten days to be installed. This is the complete price for the design, supply and installation of a bespoke bathroom.
Once your bathroom installation begins, David will work only on your bathroom, with individual attention to detail, until it is completed to the excellent quality finish offered by Excellence Bathrooms.
What impacts of the cost of my new bathroom?
The average price to fit a new bathroom is difficult to define because there are so many different factors affecting the price.
The price of your new bathroom may be greater (or less money) depending on factors such as, the size of the bathroom, and the amount of labour needed to achieve the new design. Your decisions about what you want from your new bathroom can increase (or decrease) the price. For example, David will embed all new pipework as standard and use quality fittings (even for those parts not visible, but essential to the quality finish of your new bathroom). This ensures that your bathroom is beautiful (and reliable) for many years to come. However, some costs can be increased when there are significant changes to the location and/or size of the bath, sink, shower, and toilet.
Excellence Bathrooms uses only quality Bathroom suites, bathrooms furniture and fittings. You may have specific ideas about what you want and some of these choices may increase the costs. For example, a high-tech smart toilet or wet underfloor heating connected to the boiler (instead of dry underfloor heating) will increase the price of your new bathroom.
There are also additional costs such as removing the old bathroom and tiles, replastering damaged walls, and removing all the waste from your home. The cost of your new bathroom also covers hidden extras such as, Indemnity Insurance, van costs, and registration with professional bodies such as Gas Safe.
